Welcome to HeyDoti.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Wordbricks, Inc. (“Wordbricks,” “HeyDoti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of HeyDoti and any related websites, software, artificial intelligence tools, agents, integrations, communications features, and services that we make available (collectively, the “Services”).

HeyDoti is an AI-powered personal agent that may be accessed through LINE and other supported interfaces. On LINE, the relevant channel or service may be presented as Doti.

Depending on the features available to you, the Services may help you search for information, organize and process information, create or modify content and files, interact with websites and connected third-party services, manage tasks, send communications at your direction, make or manage reservations, assist with purchases, and perform recurring, automated, or agentic tasks based on instructions or authorization you provide.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Your Account

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

By using HeyDoti, you represent that:

you are at least 18 years old;
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law.

HeyDoti is intended for individual consumers and is not currently offered as an enterprise or organizational service.

1.2 Account Information and Phone Verification

To create, access, secure, or use certain features of your HeyDoti account, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, or other account information.

We may use your mobile phone number for purposes such as:

account creation;
phone-number verification;
authentication;
account security;
fraud and abuse prevention;
Service-related communications;
support; and
other functionality or communications that you request or authorize.

Where phone verification is used, we may send a verification code, one-time passcode, authentication message, security notice, or similar Service-related message.

Our handling of phone numbers and messaging information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

1.3 Access Through LINE and Other Interfaces

You may access HeyDoti through LINE or other interfaces that we support from time to time.

Your ability to access some or all of the Services may depend on maintaining an account with LINE or another third-party platform.

Your use of LINE remains separately subject to LINE’s applicable terms, policies, account settings, and rules.

LINE is an independent third-party platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wordbricks is independent from the operator of LINE, and the availability of HeyDoti through LINE does not mean that LINE or its operator sponsors, endorses, controls, or is responsible for HeyDoti.

1.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, devices, authentication credentials, and connected services.

You must promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your HeyDoti account or an account connected to HeyDoti.

You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority when using the Services.

2. Mobile Messaging and Phone Verification

This Section applies to SMS, MMS, or similar mobile messaging that Wordbricks sends to your mobile number in connection with HeyDoti.

2.1 HeyDoti Messaging Program

The HeyDoti mobile messaging program may be used for purposes such as:

phone-number verification;
one-time passcodes;
authentication;
account-security notices;
fraud or security notifications;
support communications;
Service-related notices that you request or authorize; and
optional recurring or promotional messaging where separately offered and consented to.

Our messaging infrastructure may be provided by communications service providers such as Twilio.

Where consent is required, we will seek the appropriate consent before sending messages.

Your consent applies to the messaging program, sender, and subject matter presented to you when you provide that consent.

An inbound message or request from you may authorize us to respond to that request, but does not necessarily constitute consent to unrelated or ongoing recurring messages.

Where required by law, telecommunications requirements, or applicable messaging standards, we may ask you to renew or reconfirm your messaging consent.

2.3 Optional Marketing and Promotional Messages

Where we offer optional recurring marketing or promotional SMS or MMS messages, consent to receive those messages is voluntary.

Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS or MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service or maintaining a HeyDoti account.

Marketing or promotional messaging will be subject to any additional consent requirements required by applicable law.

2.4 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on how you use HeyDoti and which messaging features you request or authorize.

For example, verification messages are generally sent when you request verification or authentication. Other Service-related messages may be sent when relevant to your account, security, or a feature you request.

2.5 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge you according to your mobile service plan.

Wordbricks does not charge a separate fee merely for receiving an SMS or MMS message from HeyDoti, although other charges associated with the Services may apply where disclosed.

2.6 STOP and HELP

For an optional recurring SMS or MMS messaging program, you may opt out by replying STOP to the applicable message where supported.

Opting out of an optional or promotional messaging program does not necessarily prevent us from sending a message that you specifically request, such as a verification code or authentication message, or another message reasonably necessary to protect or operate your account where permitted by applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS/MMS opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide mobile information to service providers acting on our behalf solely as necessary to operate the messaging program, including communications and telecommunications providers such as Twilio.

Such providers may process mobile information as necessary to send, route, verify, secure, or otherwise provide messaging or phone-verification functionality on our behalf.

We do not authorize those providers to use your mobile opt-in information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile messaging opt-in information or consent is not transferred as marketing consent to an affiliate, acquiring company, lead generator, or other third party.

2.8 Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery may depend on carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, service availability, and other circumstances outside Wordbricks’s control.

2.9 Privacy

Additional information about how we collect, use, retain, and share mobile phone numbers and messaging information is described in the HeyDoti Privacy Policy, available through heydoti.co.

3. The HeyDoti Service

3.1 Personal AI Agent

HeyDoti uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, software tools, browser-based systems, and third-party services to understand instructions and assist with tasks.

Depending on the features available to you, HeyDoti may, among other things:

search for and summarize information;
read, organize, analyze, or summarize messages and email;
draft, send, reply to, forward, or otherwise manage communications at your direction;
transmit documents or communications by fax at your direction;
manage calendars and schedules;
work with files, documents, spreadsheets, or other content;
interact with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other connected services;
perform research;
interact with connected applications and accounts;
interact with websites through browser-based tools;
complete forms;
assist with bookings and reservations;
assist with purchases;
make updates within connected services; and
perform recurring, automated, or agentic tasks within the scope you authorize.

Features may change over time.

3.2 License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Wordbricks grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access and use HeyDoti for your personal use.

No ownership interest in HeyDoti or Wordbricks Technology is transferred to you.

3.3 Supplemental Terms

Certain features may be governed by additional terms, disclosures, consent screens, transaction terms, or policies (“Supplemental Terms”).

If Supplemental Terms conflict with these Terms regarding a particular feature, the Supplemental Terms will control with respect to that feature.

4. AI Agent Actions and Your Authorization

4.1 Actions on Your Behalf

Certain HeyDoti features allow AI-powered functionality (“Agent Features”) to interact with other systems or take actions on your behalf.

HeyDoti may take actions based on authorization you provide.

Authorization may include:

a direct instruction;
your approval of a proposed action;
a recurring instruction;
an automation or scheduled task;
preferences or rules you configure;
permissions you grant to a connected service;
a workflow you enable;
a level of autonomy you choose for a feature; or
other instructions or settings that reasonably indicate the actions you want HeyDoti to perform.

For example, if you instruct HeyDoti to perform a task repeatedly, monitor something over time, take action when specified conditions occur, or operate within defined parameters, HeyDoti may perform subsequent actions consistent with that authorization without requiring you to repeat the same instruction each time.

When you provide such authorization, you authorize Wordbricks and its technical systems to perform actions reasonably necessary to carry out the authorized task.

These actions may include accessing connected services, retrieving or entering information, sending communications, submitting requests, making changes, initiating authorized transactions, making reservations, creating or modifying files, interacting with websites, or interacting with third parties.

HeyDoti is designed to act within the scope of authorization you provide. AI systems may nevertheless misunderstand instructions, infer context incorrectly, or take unintended actions.

4.2 Confirmations and Higher-Impact Actions

Not every authorized action requires a separate confirmation immediately before execution.

Depending on the nature of an action, authorization already provided, your settings, and the capabilities of the applicable feature, HeyDoti may perform an action without requesting an additional confirmation.

Certain features may require an additional confirmation regardless of other authorization you have provided.

For actions that may have significant financial, legal, privacy, or other external consequences, HeyDoti may request additional confirmation.

These may include:

making a purchase;
initiating a payment;
booking or canceling a reservation;
sending information or documents to another person;
transmitting a fax;
submitting sensitive information;
materially changing a connected account; or
another action with significant external consequences.

You are responsible for reviewing material information presented to you before providing confirmation.

4.3 Communications

HeyDoti may help you draft, organize, summarize, send, reply to, forward, fax, or otherwise manage communications.

HeyDoti is designed to initiate or transmit communications only when reasonably related to instructions, permissions, workflows, automations, recurring tasks, or other authorization you provide.

You are responsible for providing or verifying recipient information where appropriate.

Communications transmitted to an incorrect recipient may not be recoverable.

4.4 Irreversible Actions

Some actions may be difficult or impossible to reverse.

For example:

a reservation may become non-refundable;
an order may enter fulfillment;
an email, message, or fax may already have been delivered;
a form may already have been submitted; or
a transaction may already have been processed.

You should consider the consequences when authorizing important actions or recurring workflows.

4.5 Cancellation, Interruption, and Failed Tasks

Canceling, interrupting, pausing, or terminating a HeyDoti task does not necessarily cancel or reverse an external action that has already been completed, transmitted, submitted, initiated, accepted, or processed.

A task may appear to fail, time out, or be interrupted after an external service has already received or processed the requested action.

If the status of an external action is uncertain, you should verify its status before requesting the same action again.

4.6 Retries and Duplicate Actions

HeyDoti may retry technical operations when reasonably necessary to complete an authorized task or recover from an error.

We may use available technical information to reduce the likelihood of repeating actions that appear to have completed.

However, network failures, incomplete status information, third-party behavior, or other circumstances may make it impossible to determine with certainty whether an external action succeeded.

Duplicate actions may therefore occasionally occur.

4.7 No Legal Agency Relationship

Terms such as “AI Agent” and “Agent” describe product functionality only.

They do not create a legal agency, employment, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, brokerage, or professional advisory relationship between you and Wordbricks.

5. Third-Party Services, Browsing, and Connected Accounts

5.1 Connecting Third-Party Services

HeyDoti may allow you to connect third-party accounts, applications, platforms, websites, or services (“Third-Party Services”).

These may include:

Google services;
Microsoft services;
Yahoo;
Slack;
GitHub;
Linear;
Granola;
LINE;
email or calendar providers;
file and storage services;
communication services;
websites;
booking services;
merchants;
payment services;
fax services; and
other supported services.

By connecting a Third-Party Service, you authorize HeyDoti to access, retrieve, process, store where necessary, and transmit information to the extent reasonably necessary to provide functionality that you request or authorize.

5.2 Your Authorization

You represent that you are authorized to connect any Third-Party Service that you connect to HeyDoti and to permit HeyDoti to access information available through that service.

Your use of a Third-Party Service remains subject to that provider’s terms, privacy policies, permissions, and other applicable rules.

5.3 Authentication and Credentials

HeyDoti may use OAuth, access tokens, API credentials, session credentials, passwords, or other authentication mechanisms to interact with supported Third-Party Services and websites.

Authentication information may be processed or stored where reasonably necessary to:

provide connected functionality;
maintain authenticated sessions;
perform authorized tasks;
maintain security; and
operate the Services.

Our handling of credentials and authentication information is further described in our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Browser-Based Tasks and Persistent Sessions

HeyDoti may use browser-based tools to interact with websites on your behalf.

Depending on the functionality you use, HeyDoti may maintain browser profiles, browser sessions, cookies, login state, authentication information, or similar information so that supported services can remain signed in between tasks.

This information may persist between individual interactions.

You authorize HeyDoti to use authenticated sessions and related browser state for tasks falling within instructions, permissions, workflows, automations, or other authorization you provide.

5.5 Stored Information and Vault

HeyDoti may provide a feature that allows you to store information for use in future authorized tasks (“Vault” or “Stored Information”).

Stored Information may include:

login or account information;
credentials;
names;
telephone numbers;
email addresses;
billing or shipping addresses;
payment-related information;
payment-card information;
preferences; and
other information that you choose to store.

By providing or storing this information, you authorize HeyDoti to retrieve and use it when reasonably necessary to perform tasks that you request or authorize.

Additional information concerning our handling of Vault information, credentials, and payment information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

5.6 Third-Party Service Availability

Third-Party Services are not controlled by Wordbricks.

A Third-Party Service may change its APIs, policies, terms, permissions, or functionality; restrict automated access; revoke access; experience outages; discontinue features; or cease operating.

As a result, HeyDoti functionality may change, stop working, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We do not guarantee the continued availability or compatibility of any Third-Party Service.

5.7 Google Services

Information received through Google APIs is subject to additional restrictions described in our Privacy Policy and applicable Google policies.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms and policies.

You may revoke supported Google access through HeyDoti or Google where available.

5.8 LINE

Portions of HeyDoti depend on LINE’s infrastructure, APIs, policies, account systems, and continued availability.

Changes made by LINE or its operator may affect HeyDoti functionality.

Wordbricks is not responsible for interruptions or limitations caused by circumstances controlled by LINE or another third-party platform except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Artificial Intelligence

6.1 AI Tools

HeyDoti uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, including technologies that may be provided by third parties (“AI Tools”).

We may add, remove, replace, or change AI Tools and providers over time.

6.2 Inputs and Outputs

Information that you submit to HeyDoti, or that you authorize HeyDoti to retrieve or process for a task, may be referred to as “Input.”

Information generated by the Services may be referred to as “Output.”

Inputs and Outputs are included within User Content as described below.

6.3 AI May Make Mistakes

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce unexpected results.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.

HeyDoti may misunderstand instructions, incorrectly interpret information, encounter misleading third-party content, or make errors while attempting to perform an action.

These risks also apply to recurring, automated, or agentic tasks.

You should independently review important information and actions.

6.4 User Responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether an Output, workflow, automation, or Agent action is appropriate for your intended use.

For important actions or transactions, you should independently verify relevant information, including:

recipients;
names;
fax numbers;
dates and times;
prices;
quantities;
payment amounts;
reservation terms;
addresses;
account details; and
other material information.

6.5 No Professional Advice

HeyDoti does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice unless we expressly provide a specifically identified regulated service.

You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.

6.6 High-Impact and Emergency Uses

HeyDoti is not an emergency service.

You should not rely on HeyDoti to contact emergency services or respond to an imminent risk to life or safety.

The Services are not currently intended to independently make legally significant decisions about users concerning employment, credit, insurance, legal rights, or similar high-impact matters.

7. Purchases, Payments, Reservations, and Transactions

7.1 Third-Party Transactions

HeyDoti may assist you in locating, comparing, booking, purchasing, or paying for products or services offered by third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wordbricks is not the merchant, seller, restaurant, travel provider, financial institution, payment processor, or provider of those third-party products or services.

Any resulting transaction is generally between you and the relevant third party.

7.2 Your Authorization

A transaction may be initiated when it falls within authorization you provided under Section 4.

Depending on the nature of the transaction and feature, HeyDoti may request additional confirmation.

If you choose to store payment, billing, address, or other transaction-related information in HeyDoti, you authorize HeyDoti to use such information to the extent reasonably necessary for transactions you authorize.

7.3 Third-Party Terms

Purchases, payments, reservations, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties, and related disputes may be governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

Wordbricks does not control those policies.

7.4 Changes in Price or Availability

Prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates, inventory, availability, reservation terms, and other transaction information may change between retrieval and completion of a transaction.

HeyDoti does not guarantee that previously displayed information will remain available or unchanged.

8. User Content

8.1 User Content

“User Content” includes information that you provide to or through HeyDoti or authorize HeyDoti to process, including:

prompts;
instructions;
conversations;
LINE messages;
files;
documents;
images;
audio;
links;
connected-service information;
communications;
Inputs; and
Outputs.

8.2 Your Content and Outputs

Wordbricks does not claim ownership of your Input or other User Content.

As between you and Wordbricks, you may use Outputs generated for you through the Services, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

Because Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence:

an Output may not qualify for intellectual property protection;
similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users;
Outputs may resemble publicly available or third-party content; and
Wordbricks does not guarantee that an Output is unique, protectable, or non-infringing.

8.3 License to Wordbricks

You grant Wordbricks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, host, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and otherwise use User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

provide the Services;
perform tasks you request or authorize;
operate connected features, workflows, and automations;
maintain security;
troubleshoot problems;
provide support;
comply with applicable law; and
evaluate, develop, train, improve, or enhance HeyDoti and Wordbricks’s AI and machine-learning systems where permitted under our Privacy Policy.

Use of information for AI model training is subject to the eligibility rules, exclusions, opt-out rights, safety and security exceptions, third-party platform restrictions, and other limitations described in our Privacy Policy.

8.4 Processing and Human Access

Wordbricks may process User Content through automated systems and, where appropriate, through authorized personnel as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.5 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for User Content that you provide or authorize HeyDoti to process.

You represent that you have any rights, authority, permissions, or lawful basis required for you to make such information available to the Services.

You may not use HeyDoti to unlawfully access, disclose, exploit, or misuse another person’s private or confidential information.

9. Memory and Personalization

9.1 Persistent Memory

HeyDoti may maintain information derived from your interactions (“Memory Data”) to provide more continuous and personalized assistance.

Memory Data may include information concerning:

preferences;
prior interactions;
recurring instructions;
ongoing tasks;
projects or workstreams;
previous decisions;
communication preferences;
people or organizations relevant to your tasks;
tools and services you use;
workflow or automation preferences; and
other context useful for future interactions.

9.2 Use of Memory

Memory Data may be used to:

understand future instructions;
personalize responses;
reduce repetitive requests;
maintain continuity between conversations;
maintain recurring workflows; and
improve task execution.

Information derived from connected services remains subject to any restrictions applicable to that source, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.3 Retention

Memory Data and other information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested functionality and for the additional purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service and Performance Data

We may collect technical and operational information concerning how the Services operate (“Service Data”).

Service Data may include:

technical logs;
device and connection information;
feature usage;
task types;
actions requested or performed;
task completion information;
Agent execution events;
tool invocation metadata;
integration activity;
workflow activity;
performance information;
diagnostic information;
error information; and
security signals.

Service Data may contain or reflect information relating to the operation of a task.

To the extent Service Data contains personal information or User Content, our processing remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Security

Our collection, use, storage, sharing, retention, and other processing of personal information is described in the HeyDoti Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy includes additional information concerning:

phone verification and mobile messaging;
Twilio and communications providers;
LINE;
Google user data;
AI processing and model training;
training opt-outs;
connected services;
persistent browser sessions;
credentials;
Vault information;
payment-card information;
persistent memory;
human access;
retention;
security;
international processing; and
privacy rights.

Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy governs the applicable privacy practice.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use HeyDoti to engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized activities.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

violate applicable law or regulation;
violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
facilitate fraud, theft, phishing, scams, or deceptive practices;
initiate unauthorized purchases, payments, account changes, communications, messages, fax transmissions, or transactions;
access an account, system, device, file, or service without authorization;
use stolen, unauthorized, or improperly obtained credentials;
distribute malware, exploits, viruses, or malicious code;
disrupt or compromise the Services or related infrastructure;
test vulnerabilities without authorization;
circumvent security measures, safety systems, usage restrictions, rate limits, or access controls;
reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public source code, system prompts, underlying models, or proprietary logic except where applicable law expressly permits;
systematically scrape or harvest information from HeyDoti through unauthorized automated means;
use HeyDoti to transmit spam, unlawful promotional messages, harassment, or abusive communications;
use HeyDoti to facilitate credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful social engineering;
use messaging functionality without obtaining required recipient consent;
buy, sell, rent, or transfer mobile messaging consent or opt-in data;
use the Services in a way that materially interferes with another person’s rights or safety; or
use the Services in a manner creating unreasonable security, legal, operational, or reputational risk to Wordbricks, HeyDoti, users, carriers, or Third-Party Services.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable measures to prevent abuse.

13. Suspension and Restrictions

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to some or all of the Services where we reasonably believe:

you have violated these Terms;
your activity is fraudulent or abusive;
your use presents a security or safety risk;
your use threatens Service availability or integrity;
your activity may harm another person;
a Third-Party Service, communications provider, carrier, platform, or regulator requires restriction;
we are required to act by law; or
restriction is reasonably necessary to protect Wordbricks, our users, or third parties.

14. Fees and Paid Features

14.1 Paid Services

Some HeyDoti functionality may be offered for a fee.

Applicable pricing and material payment terms will be disclosed before purchase.

14.2 Payment Processing

Payment for HeyDoti products or subscriptions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Payment-card information used to pay Wordbricks may therefore be processed directly by the applicable payment processor.

This is separate from payment information that you may voluntarily store in the Vault for tasks that you authorize.

14.3 Subscriptions

We may offer recurring subscriptions.

If a subscription automatically renews, applicable renewal terms, pricing, cancellation procedures, and other material conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

14.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights will be described at the time of purchase and will comply with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

14.5 Taxes

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on jurisdiction and payment method.

Where required by law, taxes may be collected in connection with a purchase.

15. Wordbricks Intellectual Property

The Services and all related technology, software, interfaces, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, systems, algorithms, models, prompts, workflows, and other materials provided by Wordbricks or its licensors (“Wordbricks Technology”) are owned by or licensed to Wordbricks.

Except for the limited right to use the Services granted under these Terms, no rights in Wordbricks Technology are transferred to you.

16. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, feature requests, bug reports, or similar comments (“Feedback”), you permit Wordbricks to use that Feedback without restriction or compensation.

Providing Feedback does not transfer ownership of unrelated User Content to Wordbricks.

17. Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe material made available through the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with information reasonably sufficient to identify the relevant rights, material, location, and basis for the claim.

We may remove or restrict material where appropriate and may suspend users who repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual property rights.

18. Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

18.1 Changes to the Services

HeyDoti is an evolving service.

We may add, modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features, AI models, integrations, interfaces, Agent capabilities, technical requirements, or usage limits.

We do not guarantee that a particular feature will remain available indefinitely.

18.2 Service Availability

Maintenance, network issues, security incidents, API changes, LINE outages, communications-provider outages, AI-provider outages, carrier issues, Third-Party Service failures, or other circumstances may affect functionality.

Some features may be identified as beta, experimental, preview, or early access.

Such features may be incomplete, unreliable, modified, or discontinued.

19. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WORDBRICKS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WORDBRICKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE;
THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR COMPLETELY SECURE;
AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, ORIGINAL, OR APPROPRIATE;
AN AGENT WILL ALWAYS CORRECTLY UNDERSTAND YOUR INSTRUCTIONS;
AN AGENT ACTION WILL PRODUCE YOUR INTENDED RESULT;
EXTERNAL ACTION STATUS WILL ALWAYS BE REPORTED CORRECTLY;
RETRIES OR FAILURES WILL NEVER RESULT IN DUPLICATE ACTIONS;
MESSAGES WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED;
THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION OR AVAILABILITY WILL BE ACCURATE;
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT AUTOMATED OR AI-POWERED ACCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORDBRICKS DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE OUTCOME OF ANY ACTION TAKEN THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL, CONTRACTUAL, LEGAL, PROFESSIONAL, REPUTATIONAL, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES OF AN ACTION THAT YOU REQUEST OR AUTHORIZE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORDBRICKS DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST LOSS, MODIFICATION, DELETION, FAILURE TO STORE, FAILURE TO RETRIEVE, OR FAILURE TO TRANSMIT DATA OR CONTENT RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR INTERACTIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

Nothing in this Section excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORDBRICKS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORDBRICKS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WORDBRICKS FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) US$100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wordbricks and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

your intentional or unlawful misuse of the Services;
User Content that you knowingly provide without necessary rights or authorization;
actions that you instruct or authorize HeyDoti to take in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
your infringement of third-party rights; or
your material violation of these Terms.

This Section does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

22. Termination

22.1 Termination by You

You may stop using HeyDoti at any time.

Where available, you may delete your account, disconnect integrations, revoke permissions, manage stored information, or stop applicable messaging programs.

Termination of an account or cancellation of a task does not reverse an external action that was already completed.

22.2 Termination by Wordbricks

We may discontinue all or part of the Services or terminate or suspend access as described in these Terms.

22.3 Effect of Termination

When access terminates, your right to use the relevant Services ends.

Information may be deleted, de-identified, or retained according to our Privacy Policy, including where retention is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, messaging-consent records, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.

23. Privacy

Your use of HeyDoti is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes, among other things:

phone numbers and verification;
SMS and MMS consent;
mobile opt-out information;
Twilio and communications providers;
connected services;
Google user data;
LINE;
browser sessions;
the Vault;
credentials;
persistent memory;
AI processing and model training;
AI training opt-outs;
retention;
security;
international transfers; and
your privacy rights.

If these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same matter concerning processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern the applicable privacy practice.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

24.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you and Wordbricks agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally.

24.2 Governing Law

Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

24.3 Consumer Rights

If you use the Services as a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws applicable where you live.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of consumer protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

24.4 Courts

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights, state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

25. International Use

HeyDoti may be available internationally.

Not every feature is necessarily available or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

We may restrict features or access where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, technical, security, or operational reasons.

26. Export Controls and Sanctions

The Services may be subject to United States export controls, sanctions, trade restrictions, and similar laws.

You may not use the Services where doing so would cause you or Wordbricks to violate applicable restrictions.

27. Electronic Communications

You agree that agreements, disclosures, security communications, Service notices, and other communications may be provided electronically, including through:

LINE;
SMS or MMS;
the Services;
email;
our website; or
another electronic method associated with your account.

This provision does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS, MMS, or email communications.

Where separate consent is legally required, we will request that consent separately.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, communications requirements, or other circumstances.

When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through HeyDoti, LINE, SMS, email, our website, or another appropriate method.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent, we will request consent as required.

29. General Terms

29.1 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Wordbricks may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law and the additional restrictions applicable to particular data under our Privacy Policy.

29.2 Force Majeure

Wordbricks is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications or carrier failures, widespread Internet outages, cyberattacks, government action, labor disputes, third-party outages, or similar circumstances.

29.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

29.4 Severability

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

29.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable Supplemental Terms and policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Wordbricks concerning the Services.

29.6 Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only.

“Including” means “including without limitation.”

29.7 Translations

We may provide translations for convenience.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the English version controls in the event of a conflict, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
